This policy applies to information processed by ELELAND COMPANY LIMITED ("ELELAND", "we", "us", "our") through eleland.co and our brands, including but not limited to Feather Assistant (featherassistant.com). ELELAND is a Hong Kong-registered digital marketing and e-commerce agency providing advertising, social media management, customer service, and e-commerce operations to small and medium-sized business clients.

2. Information We Process

When providing agency services to a client and with the client's authorization, we may process: client contact and company information; advertising account, page, product catalog, and performance data on Meta, Google, Shopify, Shopline, and other platforms our clients use; campaign creatives and copy; and customer inquiries forwarded to us by the client.

This website (eleland.co) does not set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics. The only request data we may temporarily see is standard HTTP server log information (IP, user agent, requested URL) maintained by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create, manage, optimize, and report on client advertising campaigns; to operate client storefronts and content channels; to handle inbound customer service messages on behalf of clients; to improve our service quality; and to meet legal, audit, and compliance obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information with the third-party platforms our clients have authorized us to operate on (e.g. Meta, Google, Shopify, Shopline), and with service providers that help us run our internal operations. We may disclose information where required by law, by regulators, or by court order.

We retain information only as long as needed for client operations, reporting, audit, security, legal, and compliance purposes. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.
