Four Seasons Cleaners introduced a fully automated, 24/7 dry-cleaning drop-off and pickup kiosk at its State Street location in Santa Barbara. The self-service system uses touchscreen registration, QR codes and text-message verification to give customers secure access outside traditional business hours.
Customers can register, deposit garments, receive text notifications when orders are ready and retrieve cleaned items without visiting the service counter. The kiosk operates around the clock, while the State Street location continues to offer staffed service during regular business hours. Four Seasons Cleaners is a family-owned operator with three locations across Santa Barbara County.
