超奢華生態度假村
Killa Design 是總部設於杜拜、專注創新環保建築的建築事務所，完成Shebara Resort——一座位於沙特阿拉伯Sheybarah島、由Red Sea Global開發、共73間客房的超奢華生態度假村。此度假村距沙特阿拉伯海岸線25公里，只可經船隻或水上飛機到達，提供離網、零能耗、零耗水及零廢棄的體驗。
此超豪華生態度假村，配備 38 間水上別墅及 35 間海濱別墅，全部於離岸工廠完全建造，再作為近乎「即插即用」的組件運送至現場，連接至太陽能驅動的基礎設施，其設計靈感源自一串從海中浮現的珍珠。拋光不鏽鋼球體反射並折射來自天空及水面的光線，令建築自然融入周遭環境，同時懸挑於受保護的潟湖之上，以最大程度減少對地面的影響，保護原始珊瑚礁、海龜產卵區及茂密的紅樹林。

The hyper-luxury eco-resort features 38 overwater villas and 35 beachfront villas, all constructed entirely offshore and shipped to the site as almost 'plug-in' units connected to solar-powered infrastructure, with the design inspired by a string of pearls emerging from the sea. Polished stainless-steel orbs reflect and refract light from the sky and water to blend naturally with the environment while cantilevering above the protected lagoon to minimize ground impact and protect the pristine coral reefs, turtle nesting areas, and dense mangroves.
