The Plaza, A Fairmont Hotel 與 Lacoste 再度攜手推出季節限定合作,Le Café Lacoste 這個網球主題款待體驗將於 8 月 12 日至 9 月 6 日期間回歸。
在 Palm Court，賓客可體驗一場重新演繹的下午茶，融入法式風味、時令創作，以及招牌「Café Lacoste Polo」酥皮甜點。除餐飲項目外，這次合作亦透過沉浸式設計元素，延伸至酒店各個角落。值得留意的是，第五大道階梯融入 Lacoste 標誌性的綠色元素，大堂則呈現一項以錦標賽為靈感的裝置藝術。
