The ‘Goa’ by Simplify Further is a 24-foot tiny home designed to feel closer to a full house than a scaled-down cabin.
Built on wheels, this particular tiny home manages to fit a surprisingly complete setup inside. What stands out right away is the layout, which comprises two separate lofts that can sleep up to four or five people, as well as a full living room, a roomy kitchen and a proper bathroom.
The tiny home also happens to include a surprising array of amenities and features that you don’t always see in smaller builds, like a washer/dryer combo, a mini-split heating and cooling system, and full electrical and water hookups. At a starting price of around $65,000, it’s positioned as a more accessible way to move into a full-time tiny living setup.
