Philippine Airlines (PAL), in collaboration with BBDO Guerrero, revitalized a routine in-flight requirement by transforming its safety video into an engaging narrative experience inspired by Filipino telenovelas.
Titled 'Care That Comes From The Heart,' the video reframes safety procedures as an unfolding drama, using humor, heightened emotion, and familiar storytelling tropes to capture passenger interest. Instead of relying on conventional demonstrations, the film weaves safety instructions into dramatic scenes that are designed to be enjoyable as well as informative.
