From the anticipation of the first crack to the reveal of a surprise inside, there's something irresistibly playful about a smash-open chocolate, and Cadbury is tapping into the delightful ritual of destruction and discovery with the Cadbury Dairy Milk Smash Bauble. This festive new product for the holiday season can be broken open to reveal Freddo faces or Cadbury Buttons, and Cadbury is encouraging retailers to get ahead of the game with a strong September launch to the seasonal sales period, given that close to a quarter of total Christmas confectionery sales across independent convenience and symbol stores land within festive trading's earliest weeks.
For the 2026 holiday season, Cadbury will revive its Secret Santa Postal Service so that consumers can anonymously send a free Cadbury chocolate bar to a special recipient leading up to Christmas.
