Capacity 與 FoodBridge 合作推出 Hunger Relief & Social Equity Initiative（飢餓援助與社會公平計劃），目標是簡化有需要人士與基本食物援助計劃之間的連繫流程。
此次合作將 Capacity 的對話式及代理型人工智能，與 FoodBridge 支援福利的電子商務及分發工具結合，打造出一個統一系統，將由初步登記、資格審核，到最終食物派送的整個流程自動化。透過將這些行政工作自動化，此合作旨在減輕義工及員工的人手工作量。

Capacity has partnered with FoodBridge to launch the Hunger Relief & Social Equity Initiative. The goal is to streamline the connection between individuals in need and essential food assistance programs.
This collaboration integrates Capacity's conversational and agentic artificial intelligence with FoodBridge's benefits-enabled e-commerce and distribution tools to create a unified system that automates the entire process from initial intake and eligibility verification to final food delivery. By automating these administrative tasks, the partnership aims to reduce the manual workload on volunteers and employees.
The Hunger Relief & Social Equity Initiative is a direct response to the growing operational strain on hunger relief organizations, which are increasingly burdened by navigating fragmented systems for benefits coordination and distribution with limited staff, all while facing rising demand and declining funding.
