Savory-sweet snacks are on the rise, and at this year’s Canadian National Exhibition, Booster Juice is proving there’s also a place for savory-meets-sweet drinks with its KD Smoothie. This boundary-pushing smoothie, so bold and unexpected that it practically dares people to give it a try, combines KD Shaker Original Cheese with mango, pineapple juice, and vanilla frozen yogurt.
Fair food is as much about the experience as it is the eating, with over-the-top creations turning a simple snack into something people line up for and remember.
