The home sits on a quad-axle trailer and splits the available space between the front and the rear with the area between acting as a breezeway to work as a comfortable porch. The home design maximize natural light and keeps the living room and kitchen separate from the bedroom and bathroom to maximize its comfort-driven appeal.
