The integration automatically feeds Veho tracking events into Shopify as packages progress through each stage of their journey, eliminating the need for merchants to track shipments separately or navigate to external portals. Customers can access up-to-date delivery information within the Shop app without being redirected to a standalone tracking link. Merchants can continue creating labels and managing shipments through their established workflows, as the integration requires no additional setup or operational changes. Ultimately, the enhanced visibility is designed to streamline customer service by enabling faster responses to delivery inquiries.
