專業女性非牟利機構品牌重塑
Women in HVACR 是一個致力支援暖通空調及製冷行業女性從業者的非牟利組織。該品牌近日於休斯頓舉行的 Step Into Your Power 地區聚會上發表全新標誌，超過 80 名與會者參與領導力小組、願景板練習及同儕交流環節。是次活動亦為勞動力發展計劃籌得逾 18,000 美元。
Women in HVACR 全新標誌，以互扣的字母 W 圖案為特色，旨在同時代表個人力量及集體動力。此圖像象徵著這個組織對導師指導、專業成長，以及為傳統上由男性主導行業中的女性，提供人脈networking機遇的承諾。

The new Women in HVACR logo features interlocking Ws meant to represent both individual strength and collective momentum. The imagery symbolizes the group’s commitment to mentorship, professional growth, and networking opportunities for women in a traditionally male‑dominated industry.
WHVACR President Jane Sidebottom shared: "Our Houston regional meeting showcased the incredible strength, talent and momentum of women throughout the HVACR industry. The event gave attendees a chance to step back, think about their goals, share their experiences and learn from one another while celebrating an exciting milestone for our organization with the reveal of our new logo."
